A searchable register of every individual and entity currently excluded from participating in federal healthcare programs — Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, the FEHB Program, and every other federally-funded health program. Sourced directly from the HHS OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), refreshed monthly by the Office of Inspector General. Each record includes the statutory grounds for exclusion, the date of exclusion, and reinstatement / waiver status where applicable. See the methodology for sourcing and limits.
